Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes what is and isn't allowed when using ScaleOcto to build, publish, and host a workspace site. It applies to everyone with a ScaleOcto account and to any content published through a ScaleOcto workspace.

Prohibited Content

You may not use ScaleOcto to publish, store, or distribute content that:

• is illegal, or promotes illegal activity
• contains malware, phishing pages, or other malicious code
• infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
• is fraudulent or deceptive, including content designed to impersonate another person or business

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of ScaleOcto or other workspaces
• access or use the ScaleOcto API beyond documented rate limits, or use it to scrape or bulk-extract data
• circumvent the workspace, storage, or feature limits of your subscription plan
• use the subscribe or contact features built into workspace sites to send spam or unsolicited bulk email

Enforcement

If you violate this policy, ScaleOcto may remove the violating content, and may suspend or terminate your account, as described in our Terms and Conditions.

Reporting a Violation

If you believe content published through ScaleOcto violates this policy, please email support@scaleocto.com with details and, where possible, a link to the content.
